Day two featured a change of weather conditions, as the beautiful sunny skies previously enjoyed during rookie camp and day one were replaced with a cool breeze and dark clouds in the sky.

- OL Peter Dyakowski was dominant early on during one-on-ones with the defensive line.  He demonstrated his brute strength and punished defenders during the first practice.  Dyakowski has also been busy shooting some behind-the-scenes footage for Ticats TV.  His first video blog entry can be viewed by clicking here.

- Geoff Tisdale recorded the first interception of the day and his first interception of camp by leaping to snatch a Quinton Porter pass.

- Miami Dolphins scout Duane Joseph attended practice today.  He and general manager Bob O’Billovich spent some time discussing former B.C. Lion/current Dolphin Cameron Wake.

- Safety Sean Manning took home the ‘Right Place At The Right Time’ Award on Monday, as the second-year Ticat made two interceptions off of tipped balls.  Credit DB Bo Smith and LB Matt Castelo with the assists.

- RB Kenton Keith was a spectator on Monday.  According to coaches, Keith was performing at a high level until he was struck on the side of his leg during inside run drills on day one.  He’s currently listed as day-to-day.

- The first overall draft pick in the 2008 CFL Canadian Draft, Dylan Barker, made a nice play to grab his first pick of the camp.  Barker has looked good thus far after missing all of last season with a leg injury suffered during the pre-season.

- DB Carlton Brown made a nice one-handed knockdown on a Jason Boltus pass intedned for WR Chris Davis.  Brown looked beat initially but showed great closing speed to get to the ball.

- WR Willie Quinnie showed his athleticism by hauling in a long pass after getting spun around against Bo Smith.  Quinnie suffered a leg injury later on in practice and did not return.
